Delete Your Alertzky Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — contacts, check-in history, settings, and alerts — will be deleted immediately.

Option 1 — Delete from the app (instant)

If you have the app installed and can sign in:

  1. Open Alertzky.
  2. Tap Settings (bottom tab).
  3. Scroll to the Account section.
  4. Tap Delete account.
  5. Confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately. Your contacts will no longer receive alerts.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address you used to create your account:

Include your registered email address in the message. We will delete your account and confirm by reply within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

  1. Your email address and password hash
  2. Your display name and profile
  3. Your monitoring settings (check-in window, quiet hours, timezone)
  4. All contacts you added (their names and email addresses)
  5. Your check-in history
  6. All alert records
  7. Your push notification token
